1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Every order placed on Jade Studio undergoes thorough quality control and bespoke packaging before dispatch:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
  • Peak Periods & Launch Days: During festive sales or new collection drops, processing may take up to 72 hours.
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Express orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on business days are prioritized for same-day dispatch.

If the outer box or security tape appears broken or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and notify our support team immediately at support@shopjadestudio.com.

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate during checkout. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please email us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order is dispatched, address changes may incur courier re-routing fees.
