We design jewelry to be lived in and loved every day. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges as seamless and straightforward as possible.

1. Eligibility & Return Window

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please review our eligibility criteria:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, pouches, and tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Valid Order ID or receipt is required for all returns.

2. Hygiene Policy & Non-Returnable Items

Due to sanitary regulations and personal health guidelines:

Earrings and pierced jewelry are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for sanitary reasons, unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized pieces are final sale.
  • Items purchased during clearance or flash sale events marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@shopjadestudio.com.
  • Include your Order ID along with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the defect/damage.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary express pickup and dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund at zero additional cost.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

Once your returned package is received and inspected:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 7 to 8 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI refund link within 5 business days after bank details are provided.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Jade Studio error or damaged item.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a ring or bracelet for a different size or style:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the newly selected item has a higher price, the difference can be paid online. If lower, the balance will be issued as store credit.
